I graduated from Bath school of physiotherapy in 1987. From there I gained invaluable experience working at the Royal Sussex County Hospital and the University of Sussex sport injury clinic.

I started working full time at the Physio therapy centre in Haywards Heath in 1989. However, after practising for eight years  at the centre I wanted to expand  my area of expertise in musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries and manipulation.  This led me to Curtin University Perth, Western Australia to study at an internationally renowned centre of excellence for manipulative therapy. After 12 months I successfully completed a post graduate diploma in manipulative therapy(PGDMT), which inspired me to push my professional practise further. As a physiotherapist I now enjoy the challenge of  the variety of  the more complex problems my patients present with.
