    Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy

I joined The Physiotherapy Centre in 2020 after moving to the UK from Australia. I completed my Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia in 2016.

After spending the first half of 2020 gaining some valuable experience working for the NHS, I am excited to get back into the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy field, which is where my true passion lies. I love working with all types of patients and all areas of the body but have a special interest in sports injuries and back/neck pain.

Since graduating, I have spent 3 years working in a busy Melbourne clinic and have completed further professional development in the area of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy including courses specifically focused on the shoulder, hip and knee. I have completed the Australian Physiotherapy Association Sports Level 1 course as well as the necessary qualifications required to use Dry Needling as a treatment technique.

I have been the team Physiotherapist for semi-professional Football/Soccer and Australian Rules Football teams while in Australia and I am also a high-level athlete myself, playing semi-professional Australian Rules Football for the past 7 years.

Outside of work, I plan to use my time abroad to travel the UK and Europe, have a hit of cricket and improve my middle/long distance running. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends and watching a good TV series.
