Fees are payable at the end of each treatment

If you have Private Medical Cover invoices will be sent to insurance companies if authorisation is given before treatment commences. Otherwise the patient is requested to settle the account, obtain a receipt and then claim back from the insurance company.

A charge will be made for failed appointments or late cancellations of less than 24 hours notice.
